Touch-N-Go Exec


Touch-N-Go Productions is the student-run entertainment division of the Student Government Association. As a division of the SGA, we strive toward bringing many different forms of entertainment to campus including magicians, hypnotists, comedians, and more. Touch-N-Go is also pleased to offer support to student organizations and faculty departments on campus.

Our organization is comprised of hard working students that constantly work to provide Embry-Riddle with top-of-the-line entertainment. Several artists that Touch-N-Go Productions have brought to Embry-Riddle in the past are: Gabriel Iglesias, Theory of a Deadman, Stephen Lynch, Daniel Tosh, Bowling for Soup, Carlos Mencia, Bo Burnham, Third Eye Blind, All American Rejects, Lifehouse, and Augustana.

Name: Michael Zidek
Position: Chairperson
My name is Michael Zidek, and I am a senior majoring in Aeronautical Science. I consider myself to be from Butler, Pennsylvania which is about a 45 minute drive north of Pittsburgh; however, I was born in Clearwater, Florida. I have a younger brother and two parents back home that I miss a lot.

Touch-N-Go Productions has been one of the best things that has happened to me at college so far, and I am truly honored to serve the organization as the Chairperson. I cannot wait for another successful year at Embry-Riddle and with Touch-N-Go Productions!


Name: Ben Caples
Position: Vice Chairperson
My name is Ben Caples, and I am the Vice Chairperson of Touch-N-Go Productions. As Vice Chairperson, I am responsible for all of the member relations within Touch-N-Go. This includes everything from keeping track of how many hours each member spends at our events to planning our semesterly incentive.

I am a sophomore in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Space Studies. I am originally from a small rural town called Hampstead, Maryland, which is about an hour northwest of Baltimore. Touch-N-Go Productions has helped me immensely in my transition and has truly given me a family that is here through everything.

Name: Dirk Brown
Position: Administrative Coordinator
I am Dirk Brown, a Sophomore Majoring in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Psychology. My hometown is the wonderful Daytona Beach, Florida; however, I have spent most of my life in Parker, Colorado. I have a large and wacky family of two brothers and sisters.

Having been part of Touch-N-Go since coming to Embry-Riddle, I want to give back to it as much as possible. I have gotten to know everyone in this organization, and they are a wide array of interesting and funny people. Being Administrative Coordinator of this organization is an overwhelming feeling of joy.


Name: John Paul Grabowski
Position: Promotions Coordinator
My name is John Paul Grabowski, and I am the promotions Coordinator for Touch-N-Go Productions.

As Promotions Coordinator, I design the ads around campus and on our social media for every event that Touch-N-Go brings to campus. My job is to make students aware of the exciting and worthwhile events that are made especially for them.

I am from Beaver, Pennsylvania and am a sophomore in Aerospace Engineering My dream job is to design and build the next generations of space shuttles.


Name: Abbey Otero
Position: Hospitality Coordinator
Hi everyone! My name is Abrielle Otero, but you can call me Abbey for short. I am a sophomore majoring in Human Factors Psychology. I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL which is about four hours south of Daytona and an hour north of Miami.

I joined Touch-N-Go Productions the first semester of my sophomore year and absolutely loved it. Although it has only been 2 semesters, the whole crew already feels like family to me. In the future I would either like to work for a government contractor designing the interior of airplanes, or even possibly join the military and see where that path takes me.


Name: Brandon Liden
Position: Productions Manager
My name is Brandon Liden, and I am a senior at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University studying Air Traffic Management. I originate and reside in the northern suburbs of Chicago. I was very involved with the lighting crew and set construction at my high school and couldn’t give up the challenge of putting shows on.

Currently, I am the productions manager which pretty much means I am responsible for making the show go on, so we all can say the show must go on during a Florida rainstorm. I want to be a FAA Controller and during sometime in my career get the chance to work at Chicago O’hare International Airport.

Name: Josh Ranum
Position: Security Coordinator
I am Josh Ranum. I am majoring in Aerospace Engineering with a flight minor. I am from Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho. I am the current Security Coordinator for Touch-N-Go Productions.

I started flying in high school, and it is my passion which led me to Embry-Riddle. Upon graduation, I hope to be able to work either for an airline as a commercial pilot or for a manufacturing company as a test pilot. I joined Touch-N-Go within the first month of being on campus. This will be my second semester as Security Coordinator and am very excited to work on the executive board and with the entire Touch-N-Go family.

Name: Angus Leung
Position: Budget Manager
Angus Leung is the Budget Manager for Touch-N-Go Productions and has been a member of the organization for four years.

From being on the Marketing Committee and the Security Coordinator for one year prior to his position, he has gained valuable insight into the production industry. He is currently a senior majoring in Aviation Maintenance Science and Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Business Administration.

His hobbies include playing tennis, running outside, relaxing at the beach, and listening to music.
